Wholesale, retail and POS

In-store till, orders from every channel, price lists and customer cards.

• In-store till (POS) — The till in a physical store works with a scanner or search, and an item with several pack sizes opens a pack picker. Each sale is saved as an order on the "store" channel, and a company invoice can be issued on the spot. Discounts above the limit wait for admin approval, and returns go through the same screen.
• Orders from every channel — Orders from Shopify, WooCommerce, eMAG, eBay, B2B, the till and incoming mail arrive in one list in the same format. Each order leads to a waybill and an invoice, and you edit or cancel it in one place. Every row shows its channel, and filtering by store takes one click.
• Order work lists by stage — Each order shows its stage: received, in the buffer, shipped, invoiced, completed. The tabs are ready-made work lists (waiting to ship, partly shipped, waiting for an invoice, inquiries, archive), with counts that come from the server. Filters are stored in the page address, so a link you send opens the same list for a colleague. Any list can be downloaded as a CSV for Excel.
• Orders with problems — The problem is written out on the order row: "missing stock", "no address", "duplicate". Each word is a button that shows only the orders with that problem. An open order lists the items that are short, and a duplicate has "Merge" and "Not a duplicate" buttons.
• Quick order entry — Phone and walk-in orders are entered from a catalogue with a cart, the same way as on the wholesale site. You choose the customer, and prices come from their price list. The order goes into the common list and follows the same path as online orders.
• Wholesale order from a PDF — The customer sends an order as a PDF and you upload it on one screen. The system shows the lines it read and the item it matched to each. An unknown code stays unmatched until someone picks the right item. One click creates the order on the customer's account, priced from their own price list.
• Orders from email — A mailbox set up for orders turns every incoming email into an order on its own, for example for dropshipping. The order appears in the common list under its channel and follows the same path to waybill and invoice.
• Requests for quotes — A business customer with no price list sends their cart from the wholesale site as an inquiry. It enters the orders with its own number and an "inquiry" badge, carries no prices and reserves no stock. Once the sales rep sets the prices, the inquiry becomes an order and follows the usual path.
• Order buffer — The buffer is where goods physically ship from. You send an order to it with a button, once and in full, with the customer details and exact pack sizes, and stock in the buffer drops immediately. If a line cannot be covered exactly, the button tells you which line and why, and no incomplete order is sent.
• Partial shipments — A large wholesale order ships in several pick runs, each with its own number and exact quantities, and each is confirmed as "Picked". The order tracks shipped and invoiced amounts separately, since the two do not move together. Whatever remains stays under "Partly shipped" until it goes out.
• Waiting customers — One screen shows what each customer is waiting for across all their orders and how much of it is in stock today. You ship waiting items in full or in part by setting a quantity per line. Nobody keeps the list by hand, and a line disappears on its own once the goods leave.
• Price lists — Retail and wholesale price lists, with and without VAT, by group and by customer, with the margin shown next to each price. You upload an Excel file, the system shows how it differs from current prices and saves the new ones only after you confirm. Lists can also be downloaded as Excel. Every change is kept in the history, and the system saves the current version before an older one is restored.
• Wholesale site (B2B) — Business customers sign in with an account created from the system and see the catalogue with prices from their own price list. Orders from the site go straight into the common list. The site will not accept an order without complete company details, so it can be invoiced later. A packing list with item barcodes is printed for each shipment.
• Quick order with a phone number — On the product page the customer leaves just a name and phone number and skips checkout. The request goes to a separate list in the system, and submitting the form again does not add a second row. A staff member calls the customer and then creates the order.
• Order sheet — A button on the order prints an A4 sheet with the items to pick and the delivery address. It uses the same data as the screen and calculates nothing itself. It prints through the office print program or opens as a PDF.
• Online restaurant orders — Customers order from the restaurant's menu for pickup or delivery and pay by card or on receipt. The restaurant accepts the order and marks it as ready and handed over, while the customer follows its status through a personal link. Afterwards the customer can rate the order, and ratings appear in the restaurant's panel.
• Table reservations — Guests request a table for a date and time on the restaurant's page. The restaurant confirms or declines, and the guest follows the status through a personal link and can cancel from there. Requests sit in the restaurant's panel next to the orders.
• Lunch menus by city — Restaurants post the day's lunch menu with dishes, prices, portion weights and the time it is valid until. Visitors choose their city and see all of today's menus in one place. The menus also go out in a morning email to subscribers in that city.
