Migrations and integrations
Move a store or system with its products, customers and order history while keeping your Google rankings, and connect to any system that has an API.
- Online store migration — The module moves a store from OpenCart, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop or another platform to Shopify, including products with their variants and images, categories, customers, order history and reviews. Old URLs redirect to the new ones, so you keep your Google rankings. Before go-live the module counts everything on both sides and shows the differences.
- Migration from an old system or Excel — The module brings data from your current software, database or spreadsheets into duXena: customers, items, stock, documents and open orders. Document numbering continues without a gap. The numbers are reconciled before go-live, and the old system stays available for reference until the new one has shown it works correctly.
- Integration with any system that has an API — The module connects to any system that has an API (REST, GraphQL, SOAP, webhooks, files over FTP/SFTP or XML/CSV feeds), such as accounting software, banks, couriers, marketplaces, suppliers, CRMs and warehouse systems. Every request carries the external identifier, so a repeated event never creates a second movement. If the other system refuses something, the refusal is logged with its reason.
- Link with a site made by a programmer — A site a programmer has made (not Shopify or WooCommerce) sends its orders into the system and reads stock and prices with a secret key of the channel. The order goes into Orders like from any channel; the same order sent twice is one order.
- Two-way synchronisation — When two systems hold the same data, such as stock, prices or order status, each field has one system set as the leader, and the sync follows that rule. A check catches mismatches and shows them on screen so they do not pile up unnoticed.
- Old website migration — The module moves pages, copy and images from the old site into the new theme. Old addresses redirect to the new ones, so you keep your rankings and inbound links, and visitors do not land on broken pages after the switch.
- Documents from the old software — The module imports documents from the previous software into the database, and numbering continues from their last number. An order that already has a document there does not get a second one. Reports run without a gap through the day of the switch.
- History from the old store — The module brings over orders and customers from the store's previous platform. They appear in the main list next to new orders, sorted by date. Customers go into Shopify without duplicates, and the history is loaded so that new order numbers carry on after the old ones. Warehouse stock is not changed by the import.
- Products from another store — New products from a WooCommerce store arrive in Shopify as drafts, with their images, barcode and price. The system rewrites the copy to the store's standard and translates it into the market languages. You review each draft and publish it.
- Supplier feed import — The system reads supplier feeds on a schedule and updates products, prices and stock by itself. New items appear in a separate list, and you add them to the store from there. Supplier stock reaches the storefront without anyone copying it by hand.
