Advertising and product feeds
Meta, Google Ads, email campaigns, promotions and prices.
- Meta catalogues — The module fills the Facebook and Instagram catalogue from your store, and you manage product sets in duXena. Campaigns are tracked on the same screen, and a button saves the current results so you can compare them later. Price and stock in the catalogue come from the store.
- Meta promo feeds — Each market gets its own feed with only the products in the current promotion, for the ads that feature it. An empty feed is never published, because it would wipe the catalogue in Meta. After a restart Meta receives the last finished feed until the new one is ready.
- Product cards in the feed — In place of the product photo, the ad shows a card generated by the module with the product's benefit and the price the buyer pays after the promotion and discount. When the price changes, the card gets a new address so the old one doesn't linger in Meta's cache. You edit card texts separately for each market.
- Pixel check — After a pixel change you press "I changed the pixel" and the background task checks that conversions arrive (Meta by the pixel's last fire, Google and ChatGPT by the days after the change). If it is silent for more than the set hours there is one alert per change. Turned on in the settings.
- Google Ads dashboard — Every day (at a time you choose) or with a button the module reads spend, conversions and revenue per campaign from Google Ads. Next to Google's number sits the real return from your orders, without VAT and shipping, labelled so you know which is which. A campaign is linked to a market by id, not by name. The ad account is only read.
- Google Ads audit — The audit gives a score up to 100 and a list of findings by level: a gap between the real return and the platform's, campaigns without a market, the share of search spend without conversions, a bidding strategy other than the expected one, a silent pixel. The thresholds are settings. There are no calculators.
- Google Ads search terms — The real searches with spend and conversions for each. A wasted term is a search with spend over the threshold and no conversion; our own brand is not suggested. You pick the words and "Add as negatives" writes them as a phrase match into the campaign after a confirmation, with a record of who and when. The only action in the account.
- Impression share — Search impression share per campaign and day by day, with the loss to budget and to rank and the main reason. Read live from Google when you open the screen.
- Change log — A change log of the account for the last 30 days: who, when, what, including changes Google or a rule makes on its own. The risky ones (bidding strategy, budget, status) are marked. Read live.
- Real return on ad spend — Revenue from your orders (without VAT and shipping, without cancelled ones) is placed next to the revenue the platform reports. The mode is a choice: only orders with a source from the platform, only delivered ones, or everything of the channel as an upper limit. The ad account currency is added to turnover only with a recorded rate.
- Product feed — The module builds a product feed for Meta, XML or CSV from the prices and stock in duXena. Regular and sale prices are sent separately, so the correct discount shows.
- Unit price in the feed — The module reads the volume, weight or count from the product name and description and sends it in the feed. Google then shows a price per litre, kilogram or unit, as EU rules require. Nobody has to enter measures by hand for each product.
- Marketplace feeds — The Shopify catalogue is published to eBay, Kaufland and other marketplaces, and AI can suggest titles and descriptions. A manual edit to a listing takes priority over the feed and survives the next run. Marketplace orders come into your system, and the tracking number is sent back.
- XML feed per client — You can give any price list to a business client as an XML address protected by a key. The client pulls it into their own system without logging in to duXena. When a price in the list changes, the feed is already up to date.
- ChatGPT ads — Reads the campaigns and spend in ChatGPT ads and keeps the management key apart from the conversions key. Each new order with the customer's recorded consent is sent as a purchase from the server, with a hashed email and phone, one record per order. The product feed is in the Feeds module.
- Email campaigns — An agent proposes a campaign, picks the products and writes the email in two languages, following the store's rules for links and images. You review it and send it. Once it's sent, the campaign's revenue shows next to it.
- Weekly email campaigns — Campaigns run in weekly cycles. Each week has a sale page of discounted products and two emails, one at launch and one reminder. The module keeps any single product from leading the emails too often and swaps part of the sale page every week, so subscribers don't get the same list with a new date.
- Newsletter sending — Newsletters go out from your own domain, in order and on a schedule, with retries and an unsubscribe link in every email. Before each batch the module rechecks the price and stock of the featured products, so no outdated offer goes out. You can also send only to subscribers in a given city.
- Competitor prices — The module checks competitors' prices for the same products on a schedule. When a price changes, it alerts you and shows the difference from your price. Whether to respond is up to you.
- Pricing strategy — For each product you see the cost price, the margin and how they change at different discounts. Strategies differ by minimum margin and maximum discount, and you can try any scenario before it goes live. The suggested discount never takes the margin below the floor you chose.
- Sales priority — The module ranks the assortment by what should get space in promotions and emails. Stock you own is weighed by how long it will sit in the warehouse, and made-to-order items by margin and turnover. A drop in sales after a stock-out does not count as lost demand.
- Bundle suggestions — The module suggests bundles from product pairs that customers already buy together. For each pair it works out how much discount is possible without the order margin dropping below the threshold.
- Server-side Meta conversions — Purchases that skip the standard checkout are sent from the server to Meta (Conversions API) with the customer's recorded consent, a hashed email and phone and the order number as the duplicate key. An unclear answer is not repeated by itself. Started checkouts are not sent: the system does not see the checkout page.
- Consent and order attribution — Analytics and advertising tags load only after consent in the cookie banner, separately for each type. The module keeps its own visit log, recording the source, device and campaign a visitor came from and attaching them to their order. You can see which channels bring in orders without relying only on outside analytics.
- Listing quality — The module scores each listing on what the marketplace uses for ranking and filters: the recommended attributes for its category, the title, photos, barcode and description. The weakest listings come first, with a note on exactly what is missing. Scoring sends nothing to the marketplace.
- Item check before publishing — Before every run to a marketplace, items go through the same check. The module fixes safe things such as price format or item condition by itself and lists what it changed. A duplicate SKU or a missing required field holds back only that item, and the screen says why.
- Bulk price change for listings — Prices of all listings on one marketplace site are raised at once within a set range, with a rule for what the price ends in. Before the change the module pulls the listings from the marketplace again, so nothing is calculated from an outdated copy. Next to the button you see how much you can still list this month under the account's limits.
- Buyer messages — You read and answer eBay buyer conversations from the dashboard without logging in to eBay. duXena doesn't store the conversations: a thread loads from eBay when you open it, and your reply goes straight there. If the account lacks the required permission, you get a reconnect button instead of an empty screen.
